GT4 Driving Missions

The Driving Missions are the only way a Player can earn money without getting into a vehicle.  The IB License is required for Missions 1-10, and the IA License is requred for the rest of them.  If it weren't for these restrictions, this entire game could be completed in B-spec mode.

There is a glitch in the game where attaining 100% Complete will become impossible.  I'm not exactly sure how it is triggered, but to avoid it, Mission 1 must be the first Driving Mission that is cleared.  From there, they may be completed in any order the Player chooses.
